We stayed over Thanksgiving since my parents live in a small apartment now that they are elderly and my sister's can’t accommodate us.
I would say this property is mixed. First the good things: It's central to things, dog friendly, good trails nearby to walk on, good shower amenities, nice to have a garage. The Keurig coffee was nice. There were plenty of utensils and plates. The patio was semi fenced ( but had a large opening so your dog needs supervision / leashed out there or they could leave).
Unfortunately? The cleanliness was subpar. Sheets didn’t smell clean and one bed didn't appear to have been laundered. The house was dusty and kind of dirty. The coffee shelf was so dusty you could right your name in the dust, and we had to clean the cups and shelf before we felt ok about using the cups. We had to clean several cobwebs from around the house, including lots of spiderwebs in the living room and bedrooms. We had to pick up a couple of dead roaches next to the refrigerator.
The kitchen was missing some basic things like a wine opener, a spatula, and coffee filters. The property is dated and the carpets need cleaning. ( our socks were dirty from walking around on the carpet)
If the cleaning crew were my employees they would have been fired. ( and I am not a crazy OCD person, just like things clean)
I wouldn't stay again with the property management company.
