Over priced imaging payin 170 for a room at 4star 5star hotel then being told it’s an additional 15 for the intercontinental breakfast I thought that was included with the room purchase I find it funny that smaller rooms like holiday inn comfort inn etc etc… give you more amenities than the bigger hotels my conclusion from this stay is luxury is not always better it just seems like it

The A/C was broken in our first room so after about an hour or so, they switched us to a different room on the 6th floor. In the hallway, there were literal mushrooms growing in the baseboard when walking to our room. There was also some sort of red mold around the baseboard. It grossed me out. Staff was polite, but overall didn’t seem to care to be there other than to collect a paycheck. I guess you get what you pay for, I wasn’t impressed overall but it was a cheaper stay.

The property was great. The employees was very friendly. The onky problem was that the paint was peeling in the bathroom on the ceiling. The hotel was close to a bunch of eating places

The reviews on this hotel were negative and it was not warranted. I have stayed in many manhattan NYC hotels for higher prices that were half as good. Yes, there was a tiny amount of peeling enamel in the tub. Yes, housekeeping did not check the mini- fridge freezer and did not clean out stuff from last guest. Yes, the breakfast and on-site restaurant are overpriced. Besides these shortcomings, the breakfast servers, front desk and shuttle drivers were beyond nice. In addition, hotel is well appointed, room was nice and the bed comfortable. I flew in from NY for a funeral and the hotel was very good for my short stay.

Great property. Noisy and heard sirens most of the night for both nights of our stay. Breakfast was $15 and subpar. There is a Ruth’s Chris inside the hotel which seems out of sort with the hotel.
