The constant music as soon as you pull up to the hotel and the entire lobby, nonstop, 24 hours a day. Restaurant, convenience store overly expensive and close to soon. After that you're done, so tighten your belt. No complimentary bottle water in your room (2 bottles left on the table, but if you don't read the tag you'll end up paying $8 a piece. No where to get coffeeonce store closes. Staff 50/50. I can count on one 3 fingered hand the staff that would get 5 stars. Shall I continue?

The staff at the hotel was lovely. The shuttle bus service for pick-up at the airport was slow and when the bus finally arrived it went past to the next shuttle stop. The only reason I was able to get on the bus was because I ran to catch it. There was standing room only on the shuttle. The hotel is a bit dated in decor but otherwise clean. I used Uber to leave the property for dinner, which was convenient to the hotel. All in all, about a 4 star.

No maid service despite being asked at check-in. Not sure why a 4-star hotel would even ask if a guest wants their room cleaned but I stated I did and for 2 days no one came to clean our room. Had to request and wait for towels each day.
