Centrally located in Pollensa with wonderful roof terrace views

Insgesamt nettes Haus, leider aber mit Mängeln.
"Der Ablauf und die Kommunikation waren sehr gut, der Vermieter hat umgehend auf Rückfragen reagiert.
Auch die zentrumsnahe Lage des Objektes ist grundsätzlich schön, wobei die dadurch bedingte Parkplatzsuche und der „Fußmarsch“ von teilweise 10 Minuten gerade mit Kindern und Strandgepäck schon nervig sein kann.
Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung des Inserats, allerdings waren wir mit der Sauberkeit überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Vielleicht lag es auch am Reisezeitpunkt (Saisonende), aber bspw. die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche waren schon abgenutzt, der Wasserkocher eigentlich nicht mehr zu verwenden. Auch auf der Dachterrasse mussten wir erst selbst reinigen.
Unglücklich war die Situation in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Oberhalb und unterhalb des Hauses wird gerade umgebaut/renoviert,
Baustellenlärm war an der Tagesordnung. Hierfür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts, wobei es schon irgendwie Berücksichtigung finden sollte.
Fazit: Pollenca ist eine Reise wert, das eigentlich schöne Haus ist aber hinter unseren Erwartungen zurückgeblieben."
