First of all, I really appreciate when people give descriptive and honest reviews, and I will try to do the same.
Place was very clean, except the baseboards could use a really good cleaning! Otherwise it looked just like the pictures.
Beds weren’t that comfortable and the pillows were pretty flat in my opinion. Kitchen and bathrooms are very nice, but I have to say my biggest frustration with this rental is that they give you one kitchen towel, a very small container of dish soap that is so cheap it doesn’t even suds up to wash dishes, one roll of paper towel, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one small package of powdered dishwasher detergent and no kitchen wash cloth. We stayed for 8 days, and I cooked most of our meals there. I found it frustrating that I had no where to let pots and pans dry and had to wash everything by hand because we given one package of dishwasher detergent. And with one kitchen towel and no wash cloth it was challenging to clean things up! I had to go buy more toilet paper because we ran out. There was just 3 of us that stayed. And this rental says that 8 people can stay. Well you will run out of the basics and I think it would be in the management’s interest to upgrade these amenities for guests.
From other reviews I saw that they don’t provide bathroom wash cloths, so I did bring my own.
The view was beautiful and we sat outside often on the patio and could see the main pool area as well.
The pool that is designated for the apartments was really nice and much quieter than the main pool house/lazy river area and we enjoyed a day there. The main pool area is nice, but was very busy all the time. And we did go down during spring break, but I found that if we wanted chairs to sit in, I had to be at the pool house at 9am to put our towels out.
Overall I would stay at the resort again but a different unit if you plan to really cook and be at the resort more like we did.
