Nice spot and area
Perfect location to stay, and easy to get anywhere on the north side from here. We didn’t use the property much but the pool looked nice and the home was clean and had everything we needed!

A good option for Princeville
The owner's description was pretty spot on, nice remodel on the kitchen, bathroom and flooring. The corner location did not bother us, as we slept with earplugs with the windows open. Where we had some concerns was the musty smell of the unit when it's closed up as well as the portable fans were pretty dusty and dirty. Lastly, the underside of the bedding needs to be cleaned and freshen up as we noticed dark spots below the mattress. Other than that, the place was fairly clean, no bugs, nice pool and residents of the complex were mostly friendly.

Wonderful visit to Kauai!
Overall wonderful place to stay. Very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Short drive to all Princeville and Hanalei attractions. Communications with Property Manager were quick and efficient. No problems checking in with clear instructions for our late arrival. No A/C however did not bother us as there were stand up fans that kept us cool at night. Cooking ware, silverware, etc...in kitchen good quality (compared to other places we have stayed). Only thing that we wanted that wasn't available in the kitchen during our stay was a lemon squeezer. However we picked one up at the supermarket during our stay. We were there for 12 days. The only thing about our stay that wasn't ideal was that the apartment is located on a corner and there is early morning (very loud) traffic each morning. The fans weren't loud enough to drown out the noise so I had to turn on my noise cancelling APP to avoid being woken up at 6am-ish when the traffic started. My husband just put in ear plugs and slept comfortably. I would recommend to owners/property manager to have a noise cancelling machine in bedroom or louder fans to make the stay more enjoyable. The noise wasn't a surprise as other guests had mentioned it so we were prepared and not disappointed in our stay. Thank you for a great visit to one of our favorite places in the world!!!

The condo was very clean and good space. Good proximity to various locations within a short drive. Safe neighborhood and easy check in. Screen on sliding door could be replaced. I’m not sure why it’s advertised for sleeping 4 because it isn’t a pullout sofa.

Excellent unit up-to-date kitchen. Plenty of personal paper products and shampoos. Great ocean toys and chairs. Only thing it needed was an updated outside screen on patio door besides that 5 stars.

Basic necessities were covered at the property. We were there for two weeks and enjoyed great morning walks along the golfcourse path and around the local neighborhoods. The pool was really cold so we didn't use it. Hot tub had a huge deep step that a few older people had a hard time getting out of. There should have been a sign.

Great property in great area
We loved our homey condo. The kitchen and bathroom had been updated, was in a nice neighborhood of Princeville and had everything in the kitchen we needed to make several dinners during our stay. It was a little warm at night during our stay in early October but once we had all 3 of the fans going we could sleep better. There’s a grocery store within 5 mins drive and Hanalei is 10 mins down the road by car. We loved it.

The property was pretty much as advertised. The biggest positives were the abundant gear for the beach and great communication with the owner. The unit is also large. The biggest negatives were lots of Street noise (being on an active intersection). Also, the screen door was hard to use, and the kitchen window was missing a screen. Smaller notes... no place to hang towels in bathroom.

Nice property
All as expected, the only thing is that sleeping on an inflatable mattress, regardless of how nice the mattress is) is not ideal. The location is in the north of the island, where it rains a lot. If you are not into hiking, the location of the property is too remote from the south of the island, where the sunny beaches are.

This was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it. If I had one negative it would just be some standard supplies were not available (seasonings like Salt and pepper) but this was extremely minor and in no way effected our stay.

Could have used some instructions on how to use my Netflix and Amazon accounts with the TV. Probably should have rented a car instead of using Uber. Uber will get you from the Lihue Airport to Princeville, but Uber will not pick you up in Princeville to take you back to the airport. I had to walk to the Westin Resort and ask the concierge for help arranging a ride back.

Awesome place to stay that has everything you need!
My husband and I had a great time at Robyn's 1 bedroom in Princeville. The place is super up-to-date and cute and just has that feeling that its well taken care of. The bed was super comfortable and the lanai has awesome chairs (we were even visited by some of the famous Kauai chickens during coffee one morning)! It was more helpful than I imagined having laundry as its a rainy island and if you're hiking you end up getting your clothes muddy. There was a little hiccup with the place being ready when we first arrived since we had booked last-minute but Robyn handled it so quickly and was super communicative and kind. Overall 10/10 experience and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Princeville.
