Great place to stay. Walk or bike access to all ptown has to offer. You feel like you are in the middle of everything while always having a cozy place to retreat to. Check in is easy. Keith is reasonable, kind, and responsive. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

This apartment was just what we wanted! It was on the quiet portion of the main town road, and basically right on the water. We ate our breakfast on the porch watching the sky over the water. It is a very small efficiency apartment, and when the sofa bed is out, there's not much space. However, that did not hinder us at all because we were out on the town for the most part. Loved this place - thank you so much!

The place is cute and clean, and it really is a few steps from a nice quiet public beach. The owner was accommodating with my dog and after initial hiccups getting in, was very responsive. It has a small washer and dryer that work well, which is fantastic to have. The place is EXTREMELY SMALL. The only bed is a pull out that was very uncomfortable, for me anyways
 left early because my back couldn’t take it another day. When the bed pulls out there is no room to walk around hardly. The ad says sleeps 2 but these two people would have to be quite compact, and they’d be climbing all over each other and furniture to get to the bathroom. A 200 lb person won’t be able to sleep comfortably, so just be aware, bring a blow up if this is a concern of yours. The entire unit is only the size of a small bedroom, but they crammed a kitchenette, bathroom and living space into it. The unit didn’t have toilet paper. When I asked about this, I was told oh sorry you can go buy some and we’ll reimburse you” but that’s def an inconvenience that I did not want to deal with when I’m in a place where you walk or bike to get everywhwere. I wasn’t able to get the TV to work
 tried different batteries in the remotes, not sure what was up with that, may have just been doing something wrong but there’s nothing in the tenant guide saying anything about it, or I missed it.The neighbors are super sweet!! That was so nice. Big love for the neighbors.

A Hideaway for our Provincetown Getaway

Lovely little spot just on the outskirts of Downtown Ptown. Very walkable/bikeable. Perfect for those who look for a clean and convenient spot to place their belongings and enjoy their daily outings. Would absolutely consider staying here again!

Cozy Beachside Spot

The place is small, but it’s well appointed. We liked the ability to people watch from the sofa or deck area, as well as having the beach only about 50 feet away from the door. There is also a market nearby, making it easy to grab essentials. We did have a problem with the fridge not working, but the property manager did his best to try to get it fixed. My only suggestions to the owners would be to get a Murphy bed sofa combo, rather than the fold out bed and to provide some sort of umbrella or awning to help provide some shade on the deck, which is west facing.

Very good location

Clean location with appropriate amenities; nicely away from chaos of town.Owner was responsive in a timely manner. Space was a bit tight and sleeper sofa was not as comfortable as personally desired. However, those things would not prevent me from staying there again.

Great little spot

I needed a place for myself for a 3-day weekend, and this was a perfect studio for it. Very clean. Pull out couch is very comfortable as a bed. Good instructions. Owner very responsive. Wonderful location near the beach. Just far enough away from the center of town to be out of the mayhem, but a nice walk into town.

Perfect beachside home base for a weekend in PTown

The location is great! Relatively quiet, right next to a public beach, and a short walk into a livelier area of town. The condo is very well equipped for a lovely stay!

Perfect location. Loved being out of town in a neighborhood but still walkable to town. lots of restaurants and a little market within a short walk. Beach was just down the short sandy path. It really was a perfect stay.

Cute little spot on the beach

Had a wonderful stay. Bring beach towels. The space opens up when you have the doors open. Fun to watch the tide roll in and out. Mattress didn’t feel quite as plush as some of the reviews suggest. Overall worth the price and great little spot in Ptown.

lovely place

Perfect little place for a solo traveler or a couple. Has everything a person needs from kitchen supplies to bathroom supplies to comfortable bed and nice decorations. It is walkable to downtown P-town and I enjoyed sitting on the beach right outside. Loved it!

Perfect Location

This studio cottage was exactly as advertised. The location is perfect! We had peaceful mornings on the beach, and then a short walk to all the restaurants, art studios, bars and entertainment. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location, perfect space.

We loved this location — it’s on the main road, right on the water, and a comfortable distance from downtown. Close enough to walk to and from dinner each night, but just far enough down Commercial St that it is quiet and peaceful.
