we booked 9 nights for this hotel!! in expedia, we purposly booked 2 adults and 2 kids! when we arrived to the hotel, they only offered us two twin beds and told us. there is nothing they could do!! we arrived at 2:15, while they were checking others into the hotel, we were told we can not check in until 3 pm. I am not sure why. i feel i was not treated equally by the hotel and expedia false adversting the hotel.

Easy access from and to both Haneda and Narita airport. Direct connection to subway. Walking distance to Ningyocho area for fine dining. Quiet and clean. Staff are professional and friendly. Nice gym. This is my go-to hotel in Tokyo.
