"Ich hatte eine großartige Zeit im Al Manakha Rotana Hotel und möchte mich herzlich beim gesamten Team bedanken. Das Hotel war durchweg sehr sauber und gepflegt – ein großes Lob an das Housekeeping-Team! Besonders möchte ich Herrn Mobarak Ameer Ajmall erwähnen, der unser Zimmer stets mit viel Sorgfalt und Freundlichkeit gereinigt hat. Seine Arbeit war ausgezeichnet. Auch das Team an der Rezeption war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell – vielen Dank für den tollen Service! Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Frühstückszeit könnte etwas verlängert werden. Da viele Gäste bereits früh zum Fajr-Gebet aufstehen, ist es manchmal schwierig, danach wieder rechtzeitig zum Frühstück zu kommen. Eine Verlängerung bis 11:00 oder 11:30 Uhr wäre ideal. Leider konnte ich in meinen sieben Tagen Aufenthalt nur einmal frühstücken. Trotzdem war mein Aufenthalt insgesamt fantastisch, und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!"
