"Zimmertüre komplett undicht. Türe 5-10mm kleiner als der Rahmen. Sofort moniert, Rezeption desinteressiert. Erste Nacht kaum geschlafen da jedes Geräusch ungefiltert ins Zimmer drang. Problem notdürftig erst am Folgetag versucht zu beheben. Ich habe in dem Hotel den runden Geburtstag meiner Frau gefeiert und die Reise sehr gründlich geplant. Auch schriftlich mehrfach den Grund der Reise erklärt. Niemand hat meiner Frau gratuliert. Der Tisch in der American Bar für falsche Uhrzeit reserviert als von mir gebeten. Der nette Barkeeper hat das Problem aber meisterhaft gelöst! Grazie! Heute beim Check-Out Probleme beim Manager höflich angesprochen als er fragte ob wir zufrieden waren, bis auf ein Zucken der Schultern keine weitere Reaktion. Perfekte Lokation für eine romantische Reise aber hier sind definitiv einige stellen fehlbesetzt. Wir kommen nicht mehr in dieses Hotel."
