Nice but needs improvement

Pros; Acceptable hotel, close to beach, friendly owner, nice breakfast, room with view Cons; Central cooling was off, noisy street whole night, room is not cleaned, no soap&shower gel, douche tub was blocked, breakfast room needs painting, pricy for this service.
