The room was very clean, staff were amazing in help, however the rooms would improve with update as they are clearly quite old and needs some refresh. The shuttle service from/to the airport is excellent. I recommend if you need to take a flight early in the morning.

The hotel is perfect. The only reason for my low staff is frankly slightly unfair - we booked a hotel and asked for a rollaway bed - no one could find one and they delivered a plain mattress at midnight - no pillows, bedsheets etc. as the housekeeping team was gone. I have no issues, but they could have communicated that earlier. Otherwise, superb hotel, great facilities, very courteous and pleasant staff, definitely my go-to hotel at Schipol now.

Beautiful hotel, good service, nice recreation options, pristine bathrooms. Only nitpick was the beds - mattresses were firm springboard and were not super comfortable. Memory foam mattresses would have made this a perfect experience!

I booked this place specifically cause it was the cheapest place in town that had a hot tub. The problem: the hot tub was COLD. And when I asked the staff about it they said: tough luck. And acted like they had no intention of ever fixing this. Aside from that it’s a nice little hotel close to a bus stop.

The desk clerk told us they were booked but I showed her our email confirmation and she found us a room right away. The hotel itself was very clean but after we got to our room the toilet seat was dirty and I had to clean it.
