I understand that for the price I shouldn't expect much but they don't even have the basics for a comfortable stay, there wasn't even a towel to dry my hands, they didn't have a towel for the bathroom floor, not even a mirror in the room, only a small one in the bathroom, there was no way for air to enter the room and since there was no air conditioning, the heat was unbearable. The day receptionist was very rude.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Property is in a very convenient location. Rooms are hot with no AC. Only one fan for a room for 5 people. Bathroom is small. Our room needed cleaning. Trash was seen in common areas. Very noisy given lots were parting outside. Will not go again.

One night stay.. convenient location but loud
The room was very small, but we knew that when we booked it. The location was great, only a short walk from the main train station. Our stay was okay except for the fact that we were facing the street and people outside were SO LOUD all night long. Also, other guests in the hotel came up the stairs in the middle of the night talking very loud. We had just arrived from an overseas flight and were very tired, but unfortunately I didn't get much sleep because of the noise. Hotel was older but seemed clean. We were just there one night.

I like the room its clean but too small.. the staff was not able to answer my question via online. Staff was not responsive to my queries via online. The rooms are not sound proof as you can hear neighbours’ noise. The area was noisy too.. However, its close to the central and not too bad for a night stay

It technically was the same as the description, but the pictures made it look larger. The stairs (no lift) going to the room were steep. All the rooms are off the staircase, we could hear every person coming up and down the stairs all night. Multiple peoole even ran into our door because the stairs are so small. The room was cold with a window open when we arrived, and had to turn the heat on ourselves. Didn't look like it had been cleaned, hair in the sheets, dirty sock and used bandaid under my bed. Would not stay again.

All you need in a place the lay your head
Booked a private 4 person room and it was perfect for what we needed, stairs are a killer so will aim for a lower floor next time but all you need in the heart of the city
