It was perfect for what I needed, a last minute late night to sleep due to plane issues. Breakfast not good and I wish they offered more things to buy for stranded travelers like mouthwash and maybe ability to buy tshirt to sleep in. So many stranded travelers might I was there. Shuttle was great and hotel very comfortable and nice decor

Terrific, friendly staff, (drivers, desk agents, operators)! Surprisingly good food! Hotel has "great bones", love the atrium, but room needed renovation, HVAC loud when it turns and squeaky when it's running. Very convenient to ATL airport.

When we first checked in, we got a room that smelled heavily of smoke. We did not unpack and immediately requested another room, which luckily they were able to provide. On the website, it says free shuttle to airport. But when we checked out, they said the shuttle is only to domestic airport. So we had to call a cab for $40 to the International terminal for a distance of less than 5 miles. They also charged me some miscellaneous telecom fees of $15, which I did not see till later on. Tried calling the hotel but was transferred around and issue did not resolve. Overall unhappy with this hotel and will never stay there again.
