I want to express my gratitude for a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed everything during my time here and in Bangkok. I appreciate the exceptional service that was provided. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, with beautiful views. Providing bottle water daily. Also, the food at the River Barge and room service was delicious. From check in/out, restaurant and concierge everything was great and efficient. I would especially like to personally Thank Mr. Por for his kindness and willingness to go out of his way to provide wonderful customer service. But overall the staff is helpful, kind and great. Location is beautiful with views of the river and the city. Walking distance to Asiatique about 15-20 mins (shops/restaurants), some good local restaurants like the Zurich Cafe and Blackwood cafe. They do have a complimentary river taxi which is accessible to IconSiam and the Skytrain. You have to take taxi, tuk tuk, grab or bolt to go to specific locations. Popular malls and night markets may be a bit far, but staying here would be a great welcome after a long day. They have a wonderful pool as well. I hope to one day return in the future. I highly recommend the Chatrium Hotel Riverside.

We had a lovely stay, very clean rooms, excellent facilities. Great breakfast spread. The ferry provided by the hotel is fabulous for getting us around to the main shopping near the hotel. Staff were super polite and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay.

Hotels website gave me VIP treatment . The only thing I completely missed out on was the 20 percent off goods and services which was not given by the hotel but it was mentioned during check in . I completely forgot to bring it up during check out . So look out for that . Great prices for indoor dining , amazing breakfast , and quaility food. Type of stay that could make you stay in

I love Bangkok but not this hotel. No hot water in the mornings. Engineers came in the late afternoon & of course there was hot water then but not in the mornings. Terrible location due to school drop offs & pick ups. Food was not tasty. Leaky shower, temp in room was uncontrollable. Never again.

Although we have been upgraded to suite room, the room is a bit old, and the room I believe was a king size room before which they change to twin, beds in between is not spacious, and one side socket is not convenient (cover by the bed) and the bed is next to the window. Hope the management take consideration of this.

This was our first time to Bangkok and we thought the Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok was a good choice especially for location. They have courtesy shuttle that takes you up to the main pier not far from the hotel, probably a 5 minute ride on the river. It's quite easy from there to get anywhere (and the subway system stops there also, green line) and there are English-speaking people selling boat tickets. You can also buy tickets from that pier to take those long tailed speed boats, which are a nice canal tour. Also of course, the River ferry boats will take you up anywhere to the kind of main tourist attractions such as the palace or anywhere else you'd like to go and the cost is very low, less than one hundred Baht. Easier this than trying a taxi or tuk tuk in Bangkok traffic! The concierge at the hotel was quite helpful and had a very good tourist map, which we used quite a bit. The hotel itself was quite beautiful and clean. Even though it was fairly busy, they seemed to run it like a well-oiled machine. We had breakfast included with our stay. And the buffet breakfast probably had 200 items or more. I can't imagine there's anything else anyone would want to eat. The pool is also quite large. It is on the 6th floor and you can go for a swim and one end of it overlooks the river. Our room was upgraded to a suite, which was quite fabulous and very large. We very much enjoyed the room, lots of hot water, great AC and a nice balcony! The Wi-Fi in the hotel was very fast.

Unbelievable views right in the river. Book your canal tour from the hotel and the boat will pick you at the hotel. Concierge was awesome, took our laundry down the street to our preferred vendor. Breakfast buffet was the best in Thailand. Definitely a 5 star experience for a fraction of the price to the Four Seasons next door.

친구들과 있기위해 방 2개가 포함된 스윗에 있었는데 리버뷰가 아님에도 살짝 강을 볼 수 있었고 미니바나 어메니티도 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절했고 아침은 생각보다 풍성하지는 않지만 만족했습니다.

The view of the river was amazing. Taking the boat to icon mall was such a fun experience. The buffet breakfast was perfect every morning. The staff was very polite. Our room showed a little wear and tear, but the view of the river totally made up for that. Overall, we had a very nice stay.
