Great value and convenient location
This hotel is definitely a hidden gem, riverside view and tons of eateries just walking distance from the hotel. The hotel provides shuttle service to the BTS Sky Train (free) and also other shuttle services for a cost. Check-in counter staff and restaurant staff are all very friendly and spoke English as well. There was security on site 24/7 and were always friendly and respectful. The room was spacious enough for the two of us, however the shower was shaped as a triangle which made it a bit small and awkward to take a shower. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the convenience of having a restaurant on site. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to our family and friends. Thank you ibis Bangkok staff, we'll see you again on our next visit!

The best budget hotel in Bangkok
We’ve stayed here many times. It’s the best cost friendly hotel in Bangkok. It’s not opulent but it’s comfortable,clean and in a perfect location. We love the pool, the riverside dining area and the food at the hotel and the surrounding streets. Great transport options too.

Ibis Riverside is my home away from home in vibrant Bangkok. The staff at the Ibis are like friends who always make my stay memorable. On this trip I had just travelled through 6 European destinations and arriving at Ibis Riverside was a welcome sight. It was like coming home!

Hi, The rooms and bathrooms are tiny. It's like an inn as there is no luggage bell service. House keeping is just like formality & their behavior is very cold, you can't ask them to do anything . They aren't even organising & cleaning the room tables & replacing the dirty dishes/mugs witg fresh ones. Even the pool couldn't attract me to take a swim. Restaurant is not serving any Indian food for vegetarians. The only good thing is property is newly renovated & the riverside location is good.

We stayed for two nights. Very friendly staff and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The evening meal we had was disappointing and waiting time was unacceptable. Would consider staying at this hotel again.

We always stay at Riverside when we arrive at Bangkok. We find it clean, comfortable,nice. Style and staff super efficient and pleasant not forgetting riverside view , restaurant and swimming pool. Comes highly recommended

Good Hotel with great Location.
Great location. Lots of food and convenient store just outside the main road. There is a wet market walking distance away and IconSiam is also about 15mins walk away. There is also a ferry pier nearby to get to Sathorn Pier. Hotel also provides free shuttle bus service to nearest BTS station. Room was comfortable with great river view, but the shower area was a bit small but manageable. Would stay again.

Nice quiet place, friendly and easy going staffs. Property needs some renovations. But overall there are still in good shape. I stayed there for 19 days, love this places. Feeling like small resorts hotel in big busy chaos city.
