First time in Barcelona and clearly made the right choice to stay at Almanac! The hotel and the staff were amazing! The staff were extremely friendly and willing to help with directions, transportation etc. The room was very well appointed, clean, comfortable and had many modern amenities. I would highly recommend the Almanac and will be staying at Almanac on my next trip to Barcelona!

Beautiful hotel, impeccably maintained
Probably the best experience we’ve had a hotel — and we are not young. Everything was impeccable: the customer service: the restaurant; the rooftop bar; the concierges and Bess staff were especially accommodating. Only thing — don’t come for a poolside vacation. There’s only a wading pool with 4 deck chairs. :). Finally, the location is perfect for tourists or business trips.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Almanac in Barcelona prior to going on our cruise. The hotel and its staff were informative, pleasant and welcoming, The hotel is in a great location and has fantastic amenities. This is our second stay at the hotel and highly recommend it.

Although our experience was wonderful and most of it due to the staff. There are some areas of improvement. For example the AC was not cold at all, even after having it blasting on the max setting for hours. We ordered room service on night and the food was not tasty and it was expensive. Word of advice DONT order room service, better just walk and hit any of the nearby restaurants, better prices and wayyyy tastier food.
