Hotel itself looks dated from the outside. Clean enough inside no major issues. Room, shower room, bathroom all decent size i cant complain. Loads of room for suitcases and wardrobe space. I booked the room at this hotel because i needed to stay 1 additional night and my current hotel couldn't accommodate me. The room was over £200 for the 1 night which was considerably more. The aircon wouldn't work. I went to reception and the receptionist said the hotel turns the aircon off at this time of year and couldn't turn it on. it was the 12th of September. It was far too hot for me and uncomfortable. Room window wouldn't open. At 1am I went back to reception to ask if they had a fan. Which they did. The receptionist said that the aircon was broken and the facilities man wasn't in until the morning. So a totally different story to what I had previously been told. Looking at other reviews there seems to be some sort of pattern for this hotel. If they are turning it off, the air-conditioning needs removing from the website and price changing accordingly.

Lovely and clean and decor was pleasant. Excellent room cleaning, tidying, and replacement of towels etc on a daily basis.Small fridge with complimentary water & coke. The breakfast was good and very varied and full choice.Reception staff were polite and helpful. Bar and cafeteria staff were friendly and helpful with a special thumbs up to young Francisco who was SO friendly and kind and really made us feel welcome and added a feel good factor to our stay🤗He should do well in his career! Best way to the Centre was by bus with bus stop about 8 minutes away. I would recommend this hotel

Front staff did not seem friendly. Just rushed through the check in process and did not explain that the keycard is also needed to turn on the lights in the room. Was also only given 1 keycard for 3 of us staying in the room. There was only 1 TINY and I mean tiny trash bin for the room and was located in the bathroom. We had to make sure we kept our shopping bags so that we could toss out any additional trash we had.

The hotel needs improvements, I payed for a room with terrace but the AC don’t work, the faucet didn’t work either and when my daughter was taking a shower all the water came out the shower into the room, terrible mess !!! Very frustrating, the lobby didn’t have AC, anyway I need to said as a positive thing the breakfast was excellent!!

Hotel key card sometimes wouldn’t work . Great staff ! Great breakfast buffet ! So attentive . They have a working pool with no life guard but it’s only 4 feet deep so no need . WiFi was kind on and off though . There is a lot of buses around and train station is a 12 min walk but it’s a bit of a travel to get to the center . No dining options around hotel . Strong ac in room .
