The location in nice but the hotel doesn’t have enough space for luggages and even small furniture with drawers for your clothes to store and/or hang your clothes to remove wrinkles from your folded clothes.

Mosaic by Ona was a lovely hotel - clean and quiet in a beautiful neighborhood. We loved the outdoor cafes along the street and the warm welcome by the hotel staff. We absolutely recommend it!

Pretty disappointing but was a place to sleep
The bathrooms are in the middle of the room, which isn't clearly depicted on the hotels.com page. We didn’t receive new towels or cleaning for the 4 days that we were there. There also wasn’t anywhere to hang the wet towels. The outdoor terrace was enclosed within buildings with no view but still charged us extra for it. Every (basic) request we had for the concierge, the answer was no, which gave us the impression of poor customer service. In a super touristy area so we shouldn’t expect too much but it was still disappointing

We had a brilliant time at Mosaic, the staff were very helpful, the room was very well put together (we stayed in the balcony room for reference) and the area is perfect for walking distance to local attractions and popular areas. The only piece of criticism is the lack of clothing storage in the room we had as it provided only a handful of hangars and not much room for other clothing storage. Apart from that, it was a great place to stay

Great location, beautiful historic building, friendly staff. The room was just kind of tiny. Unexpectedly so. I didn’t have a desk to do my work on. The bathroom felt like an airport stall. But it was comfortable and clean and very affordable, so I was very happy with it overall

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, albeit small (which we expected) and modern (nice bathroom). The free coffee machine (cappuccino, etc) was great.
