Almost Perfect!
The best I've experienced this year (over 20+ hotels this year alone) - Awesome staff, spacious and clean room with hit water heater with coffee and tea, fabulous breakfast, fun bar, and very interesting art throughout the facility. The chocolate at bedside was a nice add. Lastly, the location is central and very convenient with public transportation close by. What was missing? Decaffeinated coffee in the room and no luggage rack - minor.

The hotel advertised a breakfast for around $17.00 at the time of making the reservation. However, I wanted the hotel breakfast on only one day of our stay and there was no way to do that online. Upon arrival and asking for breakfast for one day I was told the breakfast was only available for approximately $25.00. I felt ripped off.

We arrived early but we were allowed to checked-in which was really great. The property was very close to train stations and there’s loads of cafes and restaurants as well. It’s walkable to some of the tourist attractions.

Nice hotel and very affordable. The staff were very accommodating, allowing us to check in 4 hours early. The hotel was conveniently located next to the train/subway station as well as walkable to museum island or Brandenburg Gate.

Our stay was okay. Staff were not friendly, room was not cleaned well during our stay. They advertise laundry facilities but they are closed on the weekend, so we were not allowed to wash our clothes which was disappointing.

The staff was very helpful, really nice people who did a lot. The second floor had a strong cleaning solution smell that would hit me when the elevator doors would open, and then again when I entered my room. It didn't bother me once I got used to it after a few minutes, but each day when I left and returned, I had to readjust. That was unfortunate.
