We have stayed here a few times now and have enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located just off the M5 and only a short drive into West Brom and Birmingham

Surprisingly lovely place to stay! Modern very well decorated hotel with spacious rooms with accommodating facilities. Don’t let the cheap prices put you off! Absolute bargain, staff were so friendly, especially the man at reception and the lady who took the breakfast orders. Definitely would stay again! We booked last minute and it was fab!

My wife and I had a very pleasant one night stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and considerate, the room immaculate and the breakfast excellent. The location isn't wonderful - very near to a busy road - but that was the only negative aspect.

It was so nice to have friendly welcoming staff to greet you as you walk in the front entrance. All amenities were explained with a quick and easy check-in. Although we did not eat at the restaurant the food looked excellent, indeed the breakfast choice had everything for those with an enormous appetite to those who would wish for fresh fruit and yogurt. Great location. Will definitely stay again

We checked in about 7pm it was very casual no one on desk & waited for barman to check us in. I was asked to pay but had already made immediate payment so this was corrected, I did have a mini panic though. We did not get our request of large window. Our room was very small but nicely done & we enjoyed our stay. Massive air conditioning unit I thought at first was a storage heater had mind boggling remote control & took up too much space in small room. There's no wardrobe- if you're staying longer than a night this could be an annoyance. The biggest disappointment was evening meal. Tikka massala was lowest quality & naan bread more like pitta & rock hard. I thought childrens meal was expensive for what my son got- a really cheap mini pizza- though he loved the brownie! Though I was travelling with a child we did not get sweets on check in that other reviewers mentioned but when staff saw us looking at sweet display they promptly gave us 2 big bags :) Gripes aside we loved the decor in bar area and room. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. Ive been thoroughly honest with the gripes but would absolutely stay here again. Plus while the evening meal bombed the breakfast was absolutely brilliant & made up for dinner a treat. Huge choice and lovely extra touches like freshly made smoothies. They had everything & more & my son loved the mini pastries. I do recommend this hotel but steer clear of the curry :D
