Property was located right next to St Andrews Football Ground -Home of Birmingham Football Club - extremely busy bars when playing at Home like they were on the day that I stayed / Booked in. Apart from the busy bars before & after the match that generated some noise - it was all pretty well good humour from what i could see / hear and probably would not put me off staying at the same venue at the same time as another home match was taking place - 20 - 30 minute walk from City Centre to the Venue / Football Ground.

Too much disinfectant smell in the room. Tiles on the floor in the bathroom are cracked.
