Thank you for reviewing your stay here with us. It is disappointing to read you did not enjoy your stay here with us but also we were given no opportunity to correct any of the issues you had with the Hotel. We are a 2 star, budget Hotel, and our pricing reflects this. All bedroom windows can be opened by sliding the window upwards. Given the opportunity, we could have moved you to a room you felt was more appropriate.

The property will be renovating from 11 September 2024 to 13 December 2024 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:
Renovation work will only be conducted during working hours. Every effort will be made to minimise noise and disturbance.
There's a coffee shop/cafe on site, as well as a snack bar/deli. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Public spaces have free WiFi. An arcade/games room, multilingual staff, and coffee/tea in common area are also featured at The Station Hotel and Banqueting. Self parking is free. This 3-star Dudley hotel is smoke free.
