The hotel is great, rooms are clean and comfortable, and service is awesome. Only down side is it is right above the interstate, which made our room to be noisy. They help the situation best they can using good light blocking on the windows and providing a “white noise” devise that disguises the traffic noise from the street.

We were there 2 nights. Both mornings they were out of hot water!!!!!! They said the first night that their engineering team was on it. I don’t believe this is true as it happened the second morning too!! Unacceptable to charge such a price for no hot water. If you get up early there is hot water. If not, no hot water!

It’s a decent place to stay but they couldn’t accommodate my need to add a roll away bed for my nephew in a king bed room. The morning shower was warm but not hot even though it was turned to the hottest setting. Lights in the room were barely enough to see, definitely wouldn’t want to try to read a book. It’s less expensive than most accommodations in the area though so a few sacrifices were tolerable

Everything was good beside the hotel being right next to an highway which I wasn't aware of. You can hear it but it wasn't that much of a problem at night during the day it seemed pretty loud tho but we weren't going to stay there anyway. I don't want to lower the rating for this just letting people know in case it would be a problem for them.

The rooms have this awful acrid plastic alchemical smell. We think it’s related to the plastic window covering that bake in the hot sun all day. The staff were kind enough to change our room 3 times with no success. The noise of the traffic is very very load. The air con makes a hissing / clicking noise all night. I had a very bad sleep. Too bad, the bed was comfortable and those the trim was too.
