Stayed here for our anniversary and the front desk staff was quite rude and barely explained anything to us about their prices when checking in. There was no one waiting to check in but they were in such a rush to get us away from them. Expedia said the hotel would be $222 (already very expensive for a Monday night) but once we got there it was $246 a $166 charge on my card that I'm guessing will only go through if we damaged the room (which we did not) also, why does this hotel have a $46 resort fee? It does not resemble a resort whatsoever, it has a tiny gym and they put tiny snacks in your room. That does not equal a $46 dollar charge. Towels are of a horrible quality too. Location was fine and it was quiet. Not too happy about hidden fees and weird charges though.

A Gem in Boston
The decor in this hotel was almost identical to The Marriott Marquis in New York’s Times Square at a third of the price. They comped a glass of wine. I was so pleased. I would stay again.

Room was clean but very small. Lobby was very loud, and we couldn’t hear/understand what the check-in person was saying- free coffee where? If in room, isn’t that standard? For the price I was expecting a higher floor, a quieter room, and free chips/snacks.

Hotel stay for 2 nights was excellent. Front of house and reception very helpful. Nothing too much trouble Hotel ideally situated, with Boston Gardens and parks near by 10min walk.
