Customer service needs sorting
Great place, but customer service needs a review. I went for food and was left for 5 mins waiting to be seated with staff going by me constantly, to then tell me that dont seat after 10. Go to get room service but ineeded to setup billing, then reception didnt answer forcing me to go down to sort it. I dont think the charge for room service was fair after that. Next day i went to the bar, was asked to wait a min and they did what they appeared to be doing and then all 3 staff just left me there without a word. Came back a min or so later, but really? Overall service was poor in that manner, however reception were good. Food was good and the guy who brought it up was really good. Overall for the place, other options at the same price will have me go there until they improve basics such as not leaving customers standing without communicating.
