Selten haben wir einen solch grossartigen Service erlebt. Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht und während der Anfahrt wurden wir bereits vom Hotel telefonisch kontaktiert und gefragt, ob wir einen Parkplatz benötigen und sie sonst noch etwas für uns tun können. Der Parkplatz lag dann auch direkt beim Hotel und war sogar mit unserem Namen beschriftet. Vor Ort wurden wir mit einem frischen, kühlen Bier empfangen. Der Hotelmanager hat uns herzlich begrüsst und uns alles detailliert erklärt, inkl. der Stadt. Das Restaurant ist hübsch gestaltet und es gibt viele regionale Produkte, welche auch für zuhause gekauft werden können. Das Frühstück war äusserst lecker. Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Nach dem Einchecken haben wir dann das Roof Top besucht und einen wunderschönen Blick über Burgdorf mit dem Felsen und dem Schloss. Hier gibt es gar nichts zu bemängeln und neben dem Hotel ist auch Burgdorf einen Besuch wert. Vielen Dank für den fantastischen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
