Had stranger visiting my room couple of times, He somehow had access to the key card of my room and directly opened the door from outside. HVAC inside the room was very very noisy and this disturbed the sleep through the night, ac vents were not at all clean had lot of dust and dirt on vent, Sofa had stains on it. Overall unsafe and unhygienic.

Found this hotel/extended stay last minute on Expedia as my family and I were on our way to Charlotte. We were without power from Hurricane Helene in SC and this was one of the last places available 10pm on a Friday night. Overall stay was comfortable, room was clean. Property was a little dirty outside, hallway to the elevator had a strange odor, pool was green, and there were a ton of people sleeping in their cars behind the hotel.

The property was fornthe most part clean. It is a dog friendly hotel, which I didn't pay attention to when booking so there was a dog smell. I did notice that the back stairs were not vacuumed my entire stay because i saw the same dog hair all wknd....i think they should have a dedicated floor for dogs for those of us that have a dog phobia. Brkfast was ok...nothing fancy..it was quiet my stay

The room was nice, and it was nice to see that the kitchenette had the basics, such as cooking utensils and dishes. I arrived two hours before check-in to see if I could get a first-floor room as I was traveling with a senior dog who struggles with stairs and can't use an elevator due to extreme vertigo. The woman told me she could not help me until check-in (4 pm). When I returned to check in a few minutes before 4 pm, I was told only third-floor rooms were available. They also seemed to cluster all the people with dogs together, which triggered a lot of barking because, of course, they all have to join in when one dog barks. The area was not walkable to anything, but they did have a nice continental breakfast.

The toilet in room 243 was loud when being flushed and the refrigerator was loud as well I did see some damages around the room for example the scraping on the wall where the dining room table is where the chair was covering it got pictures. Also the towel in the bathroom like where the sink is is leaning on the floor. I have pictures. I have pictures of the broken towels around the shower wall as well, so I’m hoping I get my deposit back. Overall, nice hotel few broken things I would stay again.

Worth a try
Was a little hesitant to stay here. Rating wasn’t the best but needed a place with plenty of space and a full kitchen since our home had no power due to Helene. Very nice room, 3 beds and appeared clean. We did see a roach in the kitchen and just small cosmetic type repairs are needed but loved the set up of the room. Like a small apartment and they have a basketball court which was a plus for my daughter. Breakfast was very nice and breakfast area was nice. Had a hiccup with a charge but they were very nice and corrected it quickly. Hallways are a bit dated and creepy and it seems a lot of people loiter around outside by the doors but overall I’d stay here again.

Roaches, you don’t see them when you go in but baby when the lights go out at night! Huge inconvenience to have to load your stuff and move to another room so they can spray to find out that there is roaches in there too, they was outside, so to have to wash all you items your family bought load up everything to make sure you don’t carry them home is horrible! On top of the price we paid if the room was 59$ a night ok but that’s not what we paid
