Coral Gables Hotels with Air Conditioning

"Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat uns super gut gefallen. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade, ein Zimmer mit einem Balkon im sechsten Stock. Die Rezeptionistin Nicole erklärte uns auch die Updates, die wir durch unseren VIP Status bei EXPEDIA erhalten beim Frühstück bediente uns Naomi, der Service war perfekt. Sie schenkte uns auch noch drei kleine Gläschen mit Heinz Ketchup, ein super Mitbringsel für unsere Freunde, die gerne Ketchup essen. Nächstes Jahr planen wir, Florida wieder zu besuchen. Das Biltmore Hotel ist jetzt schon von uns für einen Aufenthalt wieder vorgesehen. Es ist einfach nur fabelhaft hier, der tolle Pool, der Spa, einfach alles."

"many things in this hotel were terrible. common areas like reception or restaurant were good. but room was nasty. there was very old and dirty fitted carpet on the floor. I had to wash my feet again before wearing socks and shoes because my feet were dirty. i was walking in shoes because i didnt want to have dirty feet. water preasure in shower was very weak, difficult to take shower. remote controler for tv wasnt working. just the staff was nice and helpfull. but i would NEVER go there again, because it was dirty. and I already told my friends visiting Miami not to go there. but are is good, there is a supermarket 10 minutes walk from there and pizza and laundry."
