"Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat uns super gut gefallen. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade, ein Zimmer mit einem Balkon im sechsten Stock. Die Rezeptionistin Nicole erklärte uns auch die Updates, die wir durch unseren VIP Status bei EXPEDIA erhalten beim Frühstück bediente uns Naomi, der Service war perfekt. Sie schenkte uns auch noch drei kleine Gläschen mit Heinz Ketchup, ein super Mitbringsel für unsere Freunde, die gerne Ketchup essen.
Nächstes Jahr planen wir, Florida wieder zu besuchen.
Das Biltmore Hotel ist jetzt schon von uns für einen Aufenthalt wieder vorgesehen. Es ist einfach nur fabelhaft hier, der tolle Pool, der Spa, einfach alles."
