Front Desk — Needs Additional Training
Stay was wonderful! Some tips for the front desk … how to handle closing out the customer request. I locked myself out loading my luggage at 430AM before an early flight. Front desk was sending someone. No one showed and I was standing in hall way. We had to call again for help and front desk could not find maintenance so did not do anything else to resolve this. We asked for security — and front desk used our suggestion. Very frustrating that he lacked basic problem solving skills and follow through.

It was alright. Wasn’t very happy when we drove up front to check in and drop off our bags before we parked and were shooed off by valet. There were kids screaming in the room next to us at 6 in the morning and the bathroom doors have giant gaps in the sides that only give an ~ illusion ~ of privacy. It’s a nice area and building.

Upon arrival to our room we had no tissues, no conditioner and our shower leaked out all over the bathroom floor to the point there was a pool of water behind the toilet. We left a day early and we were 12 hours out after leaving and the hotel contacted us and did not realize we had left because they never checked us out. They wanted to charge us for leaving early!
