"Direkter Blick auf das Guggenheim-Museum ist nicht zu überbieten, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis klasse, toller Service, der immer versucht, für jedes Problem(chen) eine passende Lösung zu finden. Und: im gesamten Gebäude riecht es schlicht sehr gut!"

"Es ist eine absolute Frechheit, dieses Hotel mit vier Sternen auszuzeichnen. Es ist höchstens eine drei Sterne Unterkunft. Das Zimmer roch muffig.. Das Mobiliar im Zimmer iwar billig und entsprach höchstens einem komfortlosen Business Hotel. Außerdem fehlten, Bademäntel Bad Slippers, Kofferablage usw. im Lobbybereich versuchst du man den muffigen Geruch, der in dem ganzen Hotel war, mit Duftkerzen zu überdecken."
