Absolutely incredible experience! We stayed here for our honeymoon, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs. They took hospitality to a whole new level – every single person we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making our stay perfect. When we got to our room, we were blown away by the thoughtful details. They had decorated it beautifully with fresh flowers and left a delicious cake with a heartfelt note congratulating us. We even found small surprises throughout our stay, like a bottle of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. It was clear that the staff went out of their way to make our honeymoon memorable and unique. The room itself was luxurious, with a stunning view, and the facilities were top-notch. The bed was super comfortable, and we felt like we were in our own private paradise. The spa was also amazing, with great attention to detail and the most relaxing treatments. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to start our married life. The level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly made this a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thank you to the incredible staff – we’ll definitely be back to relive these wonderful memories!

This is by far the greatest hotel I have ever experienced in my life. My mother and I went to celebrate our birthdays and we were treated like royalty from start to end from the moment we arrived. Key highlights: - it is definitely worth the upgrade to the Royal Club Lounge, it includes Moet, Whispering Angel, 818 just to name a few (including during breakfast!). The quality of the food was amazing, we loved afternoon tea and the canapes. The avocado toast from the menu is amazing. - Kyle looked after us extremely well and truly made us feel like VIP. - The room is giant and gorgeous, with Japanese toilets. So many amenities to choose from, the toiletries were fabulous. - We were surprised with a massive chocolate cake and candles. - The fire and water fountains are breathtaking with plenty of seating areas. - We were surprised with a complimentary cocktail hour at the Spanish restaurant which included cocktails, cava, tapas and paella. - Despite the large size of the hotel, everyone we meet remembered our names each day. - Breakfast at gastronomy is an experience in itself with so many cooking stations from all over the world. The hash browns INCREDIBLE and the greatest fried rice I have ever had. It is safe to say that I must return to Atlantis the Royal and it is now my go-to hotel in Dubai.

Incredible hotel with fantastic facilities including a huge range of restaurants and pools. However, I do have a gripe. I have stayed at the hotel on two separate trips this year and on both visits we have been disturbed early in the morning by construction/maintenance in the surrounding rooms. After check in on this visit, there was a note in our room that “preventive maintenance” would be present between 10am-5pm, however we were woken up with the sound of power drills and hammering at 7.30am on the first morning. It really frustrates me that this has happened on two separate visits now and leaves a tainted perspective in what otherwise is an amazing hotel. The surrounding rooms of heavy maintenance work like this should not be occupied in these situations, it’s described as an “ultra luxury hotel” and you do not expect to have workers traipsing through the corridor and these noises first thing in the morning when you are trying to sleep.
