Our family had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The service was excellent, and everything was as we expected. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, which we all enjoyed. Having free access to the pool and laundry was a real plus, especially at this price. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel for families looking for good service and value.

I was at the Hilton with my famioy and we really enjoyed ourselves. The staff went above and beyond to help us out and cater to our needs. Breakfast was amazing with Juliana helping us out with masala chai. Missing our stay in Dubai will surely come back.

I was travelling with my husband and 8 month old daughter and we really enjoyed our stay here. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated them setting up a crib in our room. We loved that it was walking distance to the mall and so many shopping and dinning options. Also lots of restaurants even closer to the hotel. It is also walking distance to a metro station. We booked three tours with a tour company in the lobby and they were fabulous.

Absolute chaotic stay, granted it was a horrific flood but there seems to be no disaster recovery plan to get folks out of there seamlessly. I stayed there one night and wasn’t able to get back, the entire lobby and neighborhood was flooded. Getting back to fish my luggage out of the hotel was an absolute disaster, carrying 2 50lbs suitcases with my partner on our shoulders with 0 help from the hotel staff. I still haven’t heard back from the hotel or Expedia on a refund for the 5 nights I didn’t stay there!

Better Communication from Hotel
I stayed at this hotel when the storm came in Dubai and the flooding happend. Unfortunately the hotel flooded and I uderstand it was beyond their control but their lack of communciation to the guests was my issue. There was not air conditioning, kitchen was closed and also they were charging us for commissary.. which should have been complimentary. I would have liked better communcation and an offer to discount my stay.

The hotel was really good, clean, and in great condition. It has all the amenities that you could need, the breakfast spread was awesome. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I was there during the rain storm which was quite insane. The staff in all of this was very good, they tried their best to make the guests as comfortable as possible and help them in any way needed.
