Fraser Suites was a fantastic place to stay! Located right on the Royal Mile, it provided a wonderful convenience to many pubs, shops, eateries, and was just a short walk to the Edinburgh Castle. The staff was very kind, accommodating, and professional. The rooms were luxurious and my husband very much enjoyed the deep tub. The towel warmer was a nice unexpected touch. Although we didn’t need to use it, we appreciated the added accommodation of a laundry room for those who needed to pack light. If we come back to Edinburgh in the future, Fraser Suites is the only hotel we’ll stay in. Thank you to all of the lovely staff!

The room was so beautiful we didn't want to leave! Fortunately, when we did, we were close to a lot of shopping & culture within Old Town Edinburgh. St. Giles Cathedral was definitely worth a visit, as was the castle. There were numerous other museums nearby that we did not have time for, along with some cream teas, full Scottish breakfasts, and bookstores to explore!

Location!!! We walked out the door and were only steps away from St Giles Cathedral, bag pipes playing, a high end whisky specialist, a breakfast/lunch restaurant and our favorite restaurant The Whisky Rooms. We had a lovely (quiet room) that was the perfect place to call home. The front desk helped guide us when needed. When we will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved Frasier's. The staff were helpful and it was very conveniently located to all the sites. We also went on a 4 day tour to the Highlands and returned for one night, and they kepr our larger luggage in between stays. They even had our luggage waiting in our new room when we returned. Highly recommend.

Really great location only meters off the Royal Mile (quite near the castle). Room was clean and well appointed with crisp linens, mini fridge, microwave and the shower was really nice. We stayed on the sixth floor with a lovely view. Only complaints would be staff not greeting guests in passing and the hall carpets were in desperate need of cleaning.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the bathroom had mold in the grout, the AC did not work and I requested via a call and in person for maintenance to fix it and it was never done. The room was small and stuffy the whole time we were there. We slept with the window open but the street was busy and noisy. Needless to say our sleep was not good quality. The car park was a great distance away which was not advertised.
