Schlechte Erfahrungen! Nicht empfehlenswert!
"Das Hotel bietet für seinen überrissenen Preis eine absolut unzufriedenstellende Serviceleistung. Das Personal ist nicht ausgebildet und schenkt den Gästen viel zu wenig Aufmersamkeit. In den teuren Restaurants wartet man ewig auf Personal, Wünsche werden teilweise vergessen und bedienen muss man sich selbst. Tische werden zu lange nicht aufgeräumt und das gebrauchte Besteck und Essen liegt einfach herum. Am Strand werden neben dem Essen auch die nichtgenutzten Strandtücher den ganzen Tag nie weggeräumt. Bei Reklamationen reagiert das Personal sehr unprofessionell und geht nicht auf diese ein. Schön ist der Strand und die Hotelanlage, welche allerdings auch bereits einige Jahre alt ist. Alles in allem ist Sugar Beach keinem 5-Sterne Hotel würdig und schon gar nicht seinen Preisen, welche total überrissen sind. Ich würde auf keinen Fall wieder kommen!"
