The pool was closed and they only told us after we paid. The room had a terrible and unbearable smell and was also dirty. It's been 3 days and they still haven't refunded my money for the service cancellation.

This Hotel is better than others La Quinta that I have visited, the problem I have had was that the AC didn't work properly and I was suffering with a warm room, I called twice front desk and they said there was not maintenance support at that time or another room for me to change, nor management for cancel and refund so I wakeup with headache and bad humor for not sleep well
