This unit has a lot of seating to entertain, including an island. The bathroom and separate vanity area have been upgraded in attractive granite and wood cabinetry. The Master bedroom features a Queen size bed. A decorative rug adds warmth to the cozy living room. 42-inch flat screen TV in the living room, and a queen size sofa bed. This unit also comes with WIFI for even more value and entertainment or stay connected to business and finances without searching for somewhere to connect in the village. All Ocean Village amenities are at your disposal. The community features four heated pool, tennis, bocce, Pickle ball, shuffleboard courts, a 9-hole executive golf course and a private beach!
