Stayed at this property about 10 years ago and found the hotel staff, facilities and location excellent. Given i was returning to the area I found it on line and returned and was not disappointed.

Do not recommend for anyone who is not German. Was treated poorly from moment of check in. Rude staff, changed our original room over looking the city to a room in a different building down an alley. Bugs all in the room, notified the staff of this and no resolution. Was unable to utilize the spa, was giving red robes when everyone else had white. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe at this hotel and location. Received no compensation or room change after finding bugs in all parts of the hotel room including the bed. Brought this to the staff’s attention within minutes and was told to deal with it. Very poor customer service. And No direction on parking locations as well. Do not recommend

Großartiger Aufenthalt. Kann das Hotel absolut empfehlen. Tolles Team - sehr freundlich an allen Stellen. Einfach ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist nur wenige Schritte zum Seeufer gelegen und eignet sich perfekt für weitere Ausflüge.
