The location was excellent. Right next to the train station, shops and restaurants. The hotel was large, clean and pretty. Unfortunately it was cold. They said they don’t turn on the heat yet and there aren’t room controls so they gave us an extra blanket. We only picked this hotel because it was advertised as having a hot tub (picture shown too). After days of walking in cold and rain we decided to pay the extra cost of a hotel withthis item. Yet when we arrived we were told the hot tub was stopped during covid and discontinued. I doubled checked when we went up to our room and the photo and item was listed as available just to be sure it wasn’t a mistake on my end.

This hotel is in a great location. Not only are you within easy walking distance of tons of shopping and dining, it is also just steps away from the bus and train station! Also, we received a voucher good for any of the local bus service. Such a convenience!

Perhaps a language barrier but the young woman who checked us in was rude at every encounter. This is a 3 star hotel at best. Elevator didnt go to our room, which was unbearbly hot. Hallways and stairs were dirty. Mini fridge not stocked. Full ashtray on balcony.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay here before we went to Neuschwanstein Castle. It is centrally located in a cute, little town. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful (in English.) Room had plenty of space.

Sauna great but slightly dated hotel.
This is a four star hotel and the staff are helpful. The rooms and the hotel are a little dated so for the money I was a bit surprised but it's an expensive town / the sauna was fantastic and the breakfasts were medium. Overall ok for the money but maybe needs an update

Very friendly and helpful staff. I inadvertently booked the wrong date and the young gentleman at the front desk was willingly helpful and booked us a family room for the one night accomodation. He went above and beyond helping me with the situation. Hotel location, parking and dining options are superb. Breakfast was excellent. Nicely situated hotel that was close to shopping and dining. Room was huge but it had almost no furniture in it and the furniture it did have seemed like stuff they got from an apartment somebody was moving out of. Our room was right next to a park that was decent to look at but had a lot of noise coming from it later in the evening. All in all we were satisfied and would not avoid this hotel. Parking was very convenient.
