Very fast but friendly check in. Excellent facilities in the room. Not the cheapest hetel option but you certainly notice a difference compared with the lower priced options. This might not matter if you just want a one night crash, but certainly worth thinking about for longer stays. Very handy location a short walk from Buchanan St and good restaurants very close by.

Friendly welcoming staff. Comfortable room, nice large shower and a fridge. Only one pack of biscuits (there were two of us in the room), and only one tissue in the box in the bathroom, which I used. I contacted reception and they did leave additional biscuits, but we never had the tissues refilled. The shampoo was by the sink and the hand wash was in the shower… we couldn’t swap them out as they are fixed and not accessible for guests to remove. Location was good, breakfast was good, room temperature was good.

Excellent reception staff. Room comfortable and very clean. Only one complaint would be about breakfast, felt the restaurant let the hotel down. Issue was resolved by reception. Having stayed at this hotel several times, we would certainly go back.

A very comfortable bed. A good desk and WiFi to work from, a clean iron and ironing board to iron my shirt (you don’t often get a clean iron), and a hot powerful shower. Perfect 👌 It’s very conveniently located.

Hotel was a short walk from city centre. The staff were very welcoming and check-in was easy. Complimentary drinks on arrival and available throughout our stay. Rooms were beautifully clean and well presented. Large shower with non-slip base. Only 5 rooms on each floor making it very quiet. Continental and cooked breakfast was excellent. Overall a really nice stay.

Location was great. Room was a bit small for a family of four and could have been cleaned a little better (a few stains on couch and unknown substance splattered on the wall). Staff was outstanding and probably the best part of the entire hotel. They were knowledgeable and so kind. Overall a decent stay.

This was the best place we stayed on a 2-week trip that had us moving around Scotland and Ireland--truly fantastic, especially for the price. The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were roomier than most, there was filtered water available and there were washcloths! Also, the location was perfect for restaurants, walking to anything city center, and getting to public transit.
