"The hotel is extremely conveniently located close to the main attractions in Hollywood. Offers, cleanliness, friendliness and service are impeccable. The room facilities are a little dated. The missing suitcase rack was added immediately upon request. I was a guest at the hotel for the third time on holiday. As a completely normal hotel guest, I found it remarkable that several members of staff recognised me independently of each other years later.
