"The hotel is very new and super, the personel very friendly, and the onsen without question the best we have ever been in. They switch everyday the one for men and women and both are different and amazing in their own way. Make sure to stay for two nights. You need to know though what you are getting into. The hotel is high up on a hill with little around. The shuttle service is so lala, with a long break in the middle of the day and not really every 20 min as they announce. Foodwise you'll be limited and the hotel will push you either the dinner buffet in house (for 12000 Y....) or two overpriced restaurants next door. The food is good, but the price way above standard in Japan. Without a car, you either have to walk down the hill for 30 min or eat in a small restaurant in the nearby public pool area ......"
