Great space. The one thing I wish we had was water in our room or water available in the lobby. We asked the front desk and they said to just use the tap from the bathroom. Other than that, good experience.
This is a beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was immaculate, warm and comfortable. No issues at all. The breakfast was fantastic also.
I had a great great experience in the staff is extremely friendly, and the local shops and dinners was an excellent experience

Location is great. Room was musty smelling (there were water stains on window sill) and shower design was poor in that a lot of water came out onto the floor
It is right on the River Ness so there are lovely views but our “river view” that we paid for was out of a tiny window (think attic window) so I wouldn’t go out of your way for that. It is near the castle and lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The staff member when we checked in was SUPER nice. She made us feel very welcome. The rooms are very clean. The parking was a bit of a situation because there was a wedding the first night we were there but street parking was free over the weekend so it worked out. The biggest disappointment, and the reason it didn’t get 5 stars, were the beds. Everyone’s bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were totally flat. I felt like I was sleeping on a table. Normally I can fall asleep anywhere, but I was not rested after two nights of that mattress.
We loved the breakfast. Absolutely the best we have ever had. Room was great but unable to open windows so condensation was a bit of a problem and led to some mold on the bathroom ceiling. Otherwise everything, especially the staff were amazing.
Beautiful location on the River Ness. Easy walking distance to main streets and many historic sites in Inverness. Buildings are well maintained and quaint, like guest houses rather than a typical hotel. Adjoining restaurant is excellent.
It was great to stay in a hotel with a first class restaurant, brewery and distillery all in one property. The combination made for a very unique stay. The rooms were a nice size, very clean and the windows opened for added comfort. The service was exceptional. The room ammenities were nice and make the visit special. It was very safe and free parking was a bonus. Overall, it's a great place to stay and my go-to place for future visits.

Cute property that is a short walk to downtown Inverness. The property is in an older building which I liked. The beds weren’t too comfortable though.
