Very professional, friendly and helpful staff who speak good English. Good location beside a shopping center. It felt clean and safe with the precautions for Covid-19. The wi-fi worked well and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious.

The best bed we ever slept in! We stayed in a Junior Suite and it was just perfect. The bed was so comfortable, after that night we really felt relaxed. It was also very clean and the sheets smelled also very Fresh. We thought the breakfast was inclusive but it wasn’t but we didn’t have to pay for it, it was a gift from the hotel. Breakfast was ok but not out of the world. There was no bread only Simit, Acma and a soft bun. As fruits they had only peaches and pears (not cut) and as vegetables only tomatoes and cucumber. But lots of cheeses and different olives. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the hotel if you want to sleep like on clouds.
