das hotelteam ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. mein einzelzimmer war ausreichend gross und komfortabel eingerichtet - schlaf- und badbereich. die allgemeinen räume, frühstücksraum und restaurant bieten ein schönes ambiente, das frühstück lässt kaum wünsche offen und das restaurant bietet hervorragende küche. man kann bis 22 uhr warm essen, das habe ich nach einem strengen messetag sehr geschätzt. prädikat empfehlenswert und gerne wieder.

Obwohl wir spät anreisten, war alles gut vorbereitet (Code, Unterlagen, Schlüsselkarte). Wir hatten ein älteres Zimmer. Hell und gross. Die Betten waren für meinen Geschmack unbequem. Das Morgenbuffet war vielfältig. Leider hat uns die Persönlichkeit gefehlt, die in so einem Hause wichtig ist. Viele Details sind unglaublich überlegt und zeugen eigentlich davon, dass die Gastlichkeit gross geschrieben wird (z.B. Ohropax, da das Hotel bei einem Kreisel ist). Bei der Abreise wurde kein persönliches Wort gefragt bzw. «wie der Aufenthalt war?».
