Schönes Hotel mit Potential beim Personal

"Das Hotel und insbesondere unser Zimmer mit Whirlpool und Terrasse waren super. Wir hatte eine schöne Meeraussicht. Der Strand und die Anlage sind wunderschön. Das Essen war auch gut und abwechslungsreich: von Chicken Nuggets für Kinder bis zu thailändisches Essen für Erwachsene. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat uns nur enttäuscht. Wichtigste Informationen fehlen uns, z.B. es gab eine Zuzahlung/Bonuspunkte zum Deposit, die wir nicht benutzt haben oder Arbeit vom Kinderclub. Das Hotel App ist sehr bequem allerdings wünscht sich auch eine professionelle Check in Betreuung. "

"Die Unterkunft ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Einrichtung, Größe und Zustand des Deluxe Zimmer mit 30 qm ist ausreichend. Direkter Poolzugang. Ein Teil des Kata Noi Beach ist nur für Gäste des Hotels zugänglich. Sehr angenehm ruhig und überschaubar und im Vergleich zu Karon oder Kamala. Wir hatten 7 Tage Karon Beach 4 Sterne gebucht und sind nach einer Übernachtung ganz schnell gewechselt. Wir haben den Wechsel in das erheblich hochpreisige Hotel nicht bereut."
