Right next door to a 24 hour pub!!!!!

Pros: The outdoor patio area is nice
Cons: Have agreement with the pub next door to turn down the volume or agree a reasonable hour to stop the music
Location: There is a mall 10 minutes walk away and the MRT station
The hotel is nice and clean and facilities are good. The staff are lovely. However, the pub next door is 24 hours and although we had the room furthest away from the pub room 203, the noise was thumping in a real techno type of sound all night until early hours of the morning and then restarted just before 7am - so only a few hours of respite. It was unbearable and didn't sleep a wink and suffered banging headache all night and the following day, which was not ideal since we had travelled 9 hours from Sydney and the next day was to travel a further 14 hours back to London. The manager did speak with them at 8am when i stormed downstairs and said i have totally had enough...... they stopped. But when we returned later to collect our luggage it had resumed.
