Staff was nice and accommodating. The TV didn't work the first night. The nice lady at the front desk came to the room and tried to get it to work but wasn't able to. We appreciated her trying. It was taken care of the next day. Not sure what is used to clean the floors but the floors felt somewhat oily and sticky.

Nothing wrong with the room. However, the building is dated. All rooms open to the outside. There is no elevator to the second floor making it difficult for some to get heavy luggage to the second floor. There were a few people hanging outside when we arrived about 10:30 pm and it made me feel a little uncomfortable. And around 3:00 I was awakened by people outside the building talking in loud voices.

Honestly, the stay started off really bad... Due to circumstances that weren't easily explained, the 1st night was not as expected... However accommodation were made, and the situation was rectify for the remainder of the stay... With all things taking care of, post 1st night, the stay was as expected...

We absolutely enjoy our stay here everytime we are down south. The staff is amazing. The manager there goes over and above to make sure you have everything you need . She makes sure this place is clean and safe. We want stay anywhere in opelousas but here. Cant beat the price either.

Bugs in the rooms, crickets chirping inside the AC unit, hot n cold backwards in shower. Drug deals going on in parking lot. Dont clean your rooms or bring towels even after staying multiple nights. Manager wont take responsibility for anything that happens.
