Es tut uns wirklich leid, dass Sie Ihren letzten Besuch in unserem Hotel nicht wie gewohnt geniessen konnten. Gerne hätte ich die Angelegenheit mit Ihnen persönlich vor Ort geklärt, leider haben sie mir die Chance nicht gegeben sondern nur anonym diese Bewertung hier hinterlassen, was sehr schade ist.
